With the introduction of AI to the Enboarder platform we have covered how to create a new Journey with AI and how to edit an existing Journey with AI.
The AI Journey Builder will now also cover Offboarding. So whether you want to create a workflow for employees leaving your organisation or employees that are retiring, the article will show how this can be achieved using our Journey Builder.
Let's get started!
Creating a new Journey
Click to add a new workflow and select to start a new AI Journey Builder.
In the dropdown, select Offboarding.
You can then choose to either begin creating the workflow or upload a document to use as a base.
Journey Builder
The Journey Builder will now present you with two options on how you would like the AI to assist in creating your offboarding journey.
Option 1: Share what you have in mind
If you have an idea of what you're looking for, you can provide a high level summary and the AI will ask any additional questions.
With this option, the AI will ask you to provide information on what you would like to see in your workflow. As a guide, the AI lists areas you can mention in your summary (e.g. Location, type of offboarding etc)
Option 2: Be guided, step-by-step
If you don't know where to start, the AI can assist you and ask a series of questions to find out what you would like to have in the Journey.
With a guided approach, the AI will provide you with options to choose from on how you want to builder your Offboarding Journey
Summary
Before the completion of your workflow, the AI will take all the information you have provided into consideration and provide you with a summary that you can look over.
At the end of the summary, the AI will make recommendations to add to your workflow. You have the choice to either go with the AI's recommendation or proceed with the current structure.
When you have finalised the summary workflow with the AI and happy with the end result you can being with creating the workflow. Or if you still like to make further modifications, then you can do so as well.
Designer mode & completion of workflow
Once the workflow is completed, you can view the workflow in our Designer mode. Here you will see what workflow looks like e.g how the sequences are structured etc. If there's anything you don't like you are free to make any edits before finalising the workflow and adding it to your account.
If you do make changes and are done, click finish. The workflow will now be available and ready to use π
