Editing An Exisiting Journey with AI

In the previous article here, we discussed how to use AI to create a Journey. If you haven't already, it's important to begin by checking this out. 😊 In this article, we will be taking you through how you can utilize our AI Journey Optimizer to enhance your current Journey's and make sure you are creating an incredible Employee Experience every time.

Please note that this functionality is currently only available to accounts that have English as the default language.

Your created Journeys will be located under the "My Asset" section. This is where you can access and manage all of your created Journeys. 🙌

The presence of a Star Icon next to the Journey name means you have the ability to make edits to the workflow using AI or you have created that Journey with our AI Builder. ✨

Now that you know how to create a Journey with AI and where to find it, you can start utilizing this powerful tool to modify your Journey further. 👏

When you are within the Journey, you can find the AI editing tool in the left panel under the Journey section. ✨

After selecting the AI icon, the AI designer mode window will pop up on your screen.

You will then be prompted with a series of questions regarding your intended use for the AI editing feature, such as:

In the example within the video above, we chose option 2, where you'll have the option to either Add, Remove or Modify an existing Sequence.

If you wish to modify an existing Sequence, simply click on the relevant Sequence and it will direct you to a AI designer mode window for that specific Sequence.

You will have the option to modify the Modules within this Sequence, for example, if it is the Notification Module.

Once you are satisfied with your updates, you can allow the AI Journey Builder to make the necessary changes for you to review. 🙌
