What is the AI Journey Builder? 💡
The AI Journey Builder is an intelligent tool that helps any admins create Journeys through an intuitive, AI-assisted interface. The system generates Journey drafts based on user input to auto-generate highly effective, hyper-personalized journeys in minutes. 🎉
First, you will need to upload all relevant documents which will then be utilized by the LLM to create the journey and content.
Lets get into it! 😎
Please note that this functionality is currently only available to accounts that have English as the default language.
Create A New AI Journey:
To create a new AI Journey, simply click on the Add + Icon from the side panel. Once the small window pops up, select 'Create a new AI journey'. 🤩
Next, add your company description
Select your Journey type
(Note: As of August 1st, we only support new Pre-boarding Journey creation).
Click on the 'Begin' button and wait for the AI Journey Builder to initiate the conversation. ✨ 🤭
Next, you simply answer a few questions around the requirements of your onboarding program. For example, what your goals are, the types of roles the journey needs to be personalized for, which stakeholders you’d like to involve, whether you will be onboarding in office or remote workers, and so on.
The system then auto-generates a journey that is based on best practice Journeys but also completely tailored to your organization.
You'll just need to click the 'Finish' button to complete and end the AI experience to review the Journey. 🙌
Below the line, you will see what the new hire will receive, and above the line will be the content for your internal stakeholders such as hiring managers, IT, security, facility management, buddies, and others.
Each sequence represents a nudge sent to the employee, composed of various content and action modules, including communication, survey forms, and event modules.
Note: The new Journey can be found 'MyAsset' as an inactive Journey.
Once you’re happy with the Journey, you can launch your new hires! 👏
Making amendments or adjustments is just as easy. Simply continue your conversation with AI once the workflow is built. You can discover additional information on how to modify a workflow using AI in this Article.
Recommended AI Journey:
When utilizing AI to generate a new Workflow with specific criteria, you may discover that there are already existing workflows that could potentially fulfil your outlined requirements.
Before creating your Journey, a pop-up will appear recommending alternative Journeys that may better suit your needs.
Click on 'Preview Match' to view the recommended Journey and decide if you would like to use it. 🤩
If you would still like to create a new Journey, simply click the final button at the bottom to proceed. It's that easy! 🤭
Other Journeys:
This new functionality is currently available for Preboarding experiences. We will be rolling this out for other critical programs in 2025 such as AI-driven functional onboarding journeys. 🎉

Our new functionality reduces the amount of time it takes for an admin to create a Journey.
No customer data is retained or used by the AI for training and no PII data is used by the AI. For more information on this, have a read of our Security FAQ.
It is totally optional, Admin’s can choose to use it or continue to use the exisiting approach to creating a new Journey.
This feature is only available for Admins to use… No New hires or managers will have access to it.
AI generated workflows can always be manually edited or enhanced before rolling out to your employees
Currently, our AI Builder only supports English. More languages coming soon!
Assets (Modules, Sequences, etc) that are created through the AI Builder cannot be shared or transferred to other accounts.
