The Workflow Builder is your one-stop shop to design new and edit existing Enboarder Journeys, and to determine how you'll wow your people! We've made it super easy and fluid to build, adapt and scale your Workflows more effectively. 🏃‍♀️

There are two ways to build a workflow, manually or using our AI Journey Builder.

You may prefer to create workflows manually as it will give you greater control, transparency, and confidence in the final result. Building a workflow step by step allows you to tailor every action to your specific needs and requirements.

To begin creating a workflow manually click Manual Workflow creation and modal will pop up to add a new workflow.

When you've completed your workflow you can now begin creating your content. Building new Modules or Sequences from scratch? We now have two options for you, either click “Add New” at the top of your Navigation Menu or... drumroll, please... 🥁

​Add it straight from the timeline by clicking the + icon. Mic drop. 🎤

But that's not all, folks! You asked for it, we built it. Get excited because you can now also pull in any sequence from any workflow you’ve ever created. 💃

When clicking the '+' to create a new workflow, you will find different journey types. Select a Journey type and click Start from Discovery Library

You'll be shown a list of templates to choose from

When you've found the template of your choice, click it and click the button Use this template to create a new journey.

The AI Journey Builder is an intelligent tool that helps any admins create Journeys through an intuitive, AI-assisted interface.The system can create journeys from scratch or generate draft journeys based on user input—auto-building highly effective, hyper-personalized experiences in minutes. 🎉

This powerful AI-assisted tool is designed to reduce the time it takes to build a relevant and applicable workflow, helping you get your new hires on the path to success even faster.

Lets get into it! 😎

1. Start from Scratch

This is where you can build a workflow from scratch using AI. Choose what you want to build from our clear visual card grid (such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Alumni, or Parental Leave).

You will be taken to the next step where the AI will help you build your workflow and present two options. You can either tell the AI what you're looking for from your workflow or the AI can guide you step by step.

2. Upload a document

This option allows you to upload a document—such as a company handbook—to serve as the foundation for a new workflow structure. You can upload any relevant files and documents (such as Employee Handbook, JDs, IT policies, Payroll Information, Values and Internal knowledge bases, etc) to better contextualize any workflows you create or optimize.

When you select this option, simply upload your document, the AI assistant will automatically read and analyze its contents to identify key workflow items, timelines, and stakeholders. This helps streamline journey creation and minimizes the effort required on your part.

Whichever choice you decide to go with the end result will be the same...a journey built by the AI. Once you've provided the necessary clarifications, the AI will generate a complete workflow draft. It's a best practice to carefully review all AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.

When you're ready, simply click the Finish button to exit the AI experience and begin reviewing your Journey. 🙌

Below the line, you will see what the new hire will receive, and above the line will be the content for your internal stakeholders, such as Direct managers, buddies and others.

Note: The new Journey can be found in 'MyAsset' as an inactive Journey.

Once you’re happy with the Journey, you can launch your new hires! 👏

When utilising AI to generate a new Workflow with specific criteria, you may discover that there are already existing workflows that could potentially fulfil your outlined requirements.

Before creating your Journey, a pop-up will appear recommending alternative Journeys that may better suit your needs.

Click on 'Preview Match' to view the recommended Journey and decide if you would like to use it. 🤩

If you would still like to create a new Journey, simply click the final button at the bottom to proceed. It's that easy! 🤭

This functionality is available across the entire employee lifecycle. You can now use AI to build journeys for Onboarding, Offboarding, Frontline-specific workflows, Parental Leave, and Alumni programs.
