Great! How do I get there?

It's easy peasy! Head into any Journey, and click Present in the top right. This will open our Presentation View in a new tab.

Remember, Google Chrome is the preferred browser and will give you, and those you're presenting to, the best experience! 😎

When you first click Present, you'll be greeted with this screen, showing all your Sequences on one easy-to-view Timeline! Let's dive in.

How do I use it?

When you first open a Journey in Presentation View, you'll be treated to our Collapsed View of the page. You can Expand content from a Module, Sequence, or Journey level, as shown in the Gif below.

It opens in Collapsed View initially for two reasons - firstly, it's super quick and we want it to stay that way, and secondly, this way you can decide exactly what you want to see when you want to see it! 😎

How do I use the Display Panel?

The Display Panel is home to your View Settings, Stakeholder Settings, and Logic Settings, and controls exactly what you see on the page.

Starting at the top, you can see your View Settings - which control the Phase Views and Action Module toggle.

The Phase Views allow you to see either the whole Journey or a specific Phase.

The Action Module toggle allows you to switch off/on what we refer to as Action Modules. These are Modules that cause an Action to happen on the backend and aren't seen by the receiver.

These include the Webhook, Send Email, Update Value, i9 (the US only), and E-Sign Modules. By default, these are displayed as grayed-out text only, like the one below, and are not included in the preview. This is because participants wouldn't see these actions as they progress through the Journey.

Next, you have your Stakeholder Settings, which put simply - allows you to select a Stakeholder to view specific content. You could set it to just show you the Direct Manager to see all the content they would receive!

Finally, you have Logic Settings. The Logic settings are the biggest part of Presentation View and allow you to view the Journey as if you were the receiver.

You can use the Logic toggles to update specific content within the Journey, like Page Logic or Sequence Logic.

Here's what you'll see by default:

Sequence Logic: You'll see every Sequence when you first open Presentation View

Module Logic: You'll see the first/top Logic Branch content by default

Page Logic: You'll see the default/else Logic Branch content by default

Where is the Branding controlled?

Great question! Currently, the Brand that you will see in Presentation View is your account's default brand. This is the first brand that was created. To update the Brand you're seeing, you would need to go to Settings > General Setup > Branding.

However, please note this could affect live Workflows in Progress so be cautious if you do this. Chat with us if you have questions.

Love that for me, but can I share it?

You can invite any stakeholders to Presentation View - that’s right, both Admins within your account, provided they have permission to see the Workflows tab, and stakeholders outside of Enboarder!

Inviting People With Account Access:

Before inviting stakeholders without Enboarder access, you’ll need to register to allow the specific domains to be invited (i.e. your company domain):

Allowing Domains:

Once registered within your Account & Security Settings, you’ll then be able to start sending your invitations!

Invite Anyone In The Organisation:

Is your journey content sensitive or private? Well, you also now have the option to enable PIN security on your invitation to those that don’t have access to Enboarder:

Okay, awesome...but can the team leave comments?

Yes, they sure can!

When in presentation view, hovering over a module will present a comment bubble icon:

Clicking this icon will present a comment box:

Comments will display the time and date stamp when they were added, and comments will display in a thread. Each time a new comment is added, a separate email will be sent to the Enboarder admin who invited the user to comment on the workflow. One comment, one email:

The person who added the comment also has the ability to delete the comment:

Happy collaborating!

NOTE: For customers who are using parent and child accounts, there are some extra steps to be aware of. As an example, if the Admin of parent account A navigates to child account A1, and invites John Smith to collaborate on the Workflow 'Onboarding', and John leaves a comment on this workflow, the admin of parent account A will receive a notification that John has left a comment. However, when the admin clicks on View Comment in the email, they cannot directly navigate to that workflow to see the comment or leave additional comments themselves. For an admin of the parent account to be able to do so, they need to invite themselves as an External User. So, in this case, the admin of parent account A must invite themselves to comment on the journey.
