Custom Fields will allow you to further customize a participants' experience. The easiest way to think about Custom Fields is a field entry to capture unique fields for your employees, that you can reference along the journey!

Examples of some Custom Fields could include:

  • Employee ID number

  • Salary ID/codes

  • Start times (for their first day)

  • Future work email address

You can set up as many of these as you'd like. If you're unsure on how to set these up, click here. Once you've created the Custom Field in your settings, you will need to add the Custom Field to your chosen workflow:

Step 1: On the Workflow tab, hover over the workflow you want to add the Custom Field to, click the 3 dots, and click Edit

Step 2: Click Custom Fields and simply check the boxes for those Custom Fields you want to enable on this workflow!

Finally, click Next until you see Save and boom! It's done.

Now when you go to launch a new employee into this workflow, you'll be prompted to enter the details for the custom fields you've enabled on the workflow like below!
