Creating locations is great when you have multiple office locations. You're able to personalize your Workflow in order to deliver a local, customized experience. 🌍

Setting up locations will assist with different experiences being given and correct time zones being utilized.

Accounts can have unlimited locations to create specific experiences for different purposes.

Rather than having multiple Workflows for each Location, you can have a single Workflow and still create custom experiences using Logic modules within!

How to use Locations as a Workflow Logic

Creating different Locations allows you to set rules to determine which Workflow a participant will be launched in. βœ…

For example, you may have built different Workflows for people in Sydney and London, as the content is specific to each location.

In this case, you can add the Location as a Workflow Logic. Check out the gif below to see how you can do this.

Once this is done, the participant will need to match the location criteria (along with the other Workflow Logic) in order to be launched into the Workflow.

Voila! below is the end result of adding the location as a Workflow Logic.

When adding new participants to the Workflow - select the specific criteria (brand, location) for the new hire then the correct Workflow will be selected.

This will ensure that participants will be launched into the correct Workflow.
