You can control the level of access given to Admins in your account but what does each role even mean?!

Roles & Permissions:

Here is a fancy chart to demonstrate the different Admin roles and permissions:

Tip - Parent/Child account permissions can be managed only by Super Admin and Account Manager levels, but all admin levels can access accounts if the aforementioned Admins provide them access.

Set up restricted Reporter user access

For your Enboarder Reporter users, you can now manage which Form data they can and can’t access.

Step 1: Select an Admin that has the Reporter Role assigned to them, then select the checkbox 'Access to Restricted data' option.

Step 2: Navigate to the Workflow tab and click on the My Assets button that can be found by the folder icon on the left hand side of the screen.

Step 3: Open the Form you would like this Reporter user to have access to:

Step 4: Once you have opened the Form you would like to edit, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find 'Form Settings'.

Step 5: Select the 'Restricted access to data' option. This will then open up a box where you can select the names of the Reporters who you would like to have access to this form.

That's it! Now, when the selected Reporter user(s) logs in, they will only be able to access this Forms data.
