What is the Acknowledge Module?

The Acknowledge Module can be used to accept or decline an agreement of policy or procedures, or even as a checklist! (Though you could also use Forms for a checklist)

It can be added to any Sequence, and allows for a two-step acceptance of your policies! βœ…

Okay, love it. I want to add it!

Step 1: Click Add Module within your Sequence and select Acknowledge. Your Module Builder will pop up for you to make your edits and customize your module. πŸ›

Step 2: Add a Title, and use the Text Widget to provide a description of what the participant is acknowledging! πŸ€“

Don't forget to add an Image! #Visual

Step 3: Clicking on the Acknowledge Widget (the Widget highlighted in purple below) will open the Settings tab on the left-hand side where you'll see four options to format that acknowledgment:

  • None

  • Radio Button (for a single answer)

  • Check Box (for multiple answers)

  • Text Box (for a statement or declaration)

Step 4: Click on which answer type you’d like to use & then customize the text in the Widget πŸ“

Step 5: Type your preferred button label (e.g. Yes, I agree)

Step 6: Remember to click Save in the top right corner! πŸ₯³

How to review completed Acknowledgment Modules:

Step 1: Click on the Reports tab from the top menu πŸ“Š

Step 2: Search for the employee's name in the Workflow Report and click into their Timeline/Activity Log πŸ“ˆ

Step 3: Scroll to the Sequence that contains the Acknowledge Module and click on the module itself

Step 4: A pop up will appear with the time and date the module was acknowledged πŸ’―

That's it! You're a Module Pro now!

Please note: Enboarder does not store Acknowledge responses in bulk, it's stored only in the Timeline/Activity Log. πŸ’₯
