It is now possible to sync files directly from your Sharepoint or Google Drive to Enboarder AI document library.
Key capabilities:
1. One time configuration where an admin can sync their Google Drive/Sharepoint
2. You can select folders that you want to sync to Enboarder
3. You can view synced files on AI document library interface
4. Nightly sync between AI document library and your Google Drive/Sharepoint
5. You can unsync documents from Enboarder
Note: This is only possible with Employee registry sync enabled on your account
🔗 How to connect folders/files to AI Document library
Before connecting the following must be met:
SharePoint/Google Drive integration should already be configured
Admin user must have appropriate permissions in Enboarder
SharePoint/Google Drive connection is active and authenticated
⚙️ Steps to configure
Go to AI Document Library section
Click on Synced Documents Tab
Click on Sync from Sharepoint button
The file picker should now display all your folders, sub-folders and files
Double click to access folders and single click will select the folder ready for sync
You'll be able to select multiple files and folders
When you're happy with your selection click “Add and sync”
Enboarder then displays a confirmation dialog with:
Number of files to be synced
Estimated sync time/size
Click confirm and the sync should begin
The files and folders are added to Synced Documents page
Sync status of newly added files and folders are shown as “Sync in Progress”
Once synced, the file/folder should say "Synced"
