Enboarder’s Gen AI capabilities now support multiple languages, making it easier for global teams to design, optimise, and manage journeys in their preferred language.

Overview

Admins on non-English Enboarder accounts can now use AI Journey Builder and AI Optimiser in their account’s default language. This allows you to converse with AI, generate content, and optimise workflows without needing to translate to or from English.

This initial release supports Spanish, German, and French, with more languages planned in the coming months. 🌎

What’s New?

For accounts with Spanish, German, or French set as the default language:

  • ✅ Access to AI Journey Builder

  • ✅ Access to AI Optimiser

  • ✅ Ability to converse with the AI in the account’s default language

  • ✅ AI-generated outputs (journeys, steps, copy, and suggestions) created in that same language

The AI experience is fully aligned with your selected default language, ensuring consistency across prompts and generated content.

Who Is This For?

This feature is ideal for:

  • Global teams managing non-English employee journeys

  • Admins who prefer designing workflows in their local language

  • Organisations looking to maintain language consistency across journeys and communications

How Does It Work?

  1. Ensure your Enboarder account’s default language is set to Spanish, German, or French.

  2. Open AI Journey Builder or AI Optimiser.

  3. Interact with the AI using your default language.

  4. Review and apply AI-generated journeys, steps, or optimisations—created in the same language.

No additional configuration is required.

Important Notes

  • The AI will generate content in the account’s default language, not per individual user preference.

  • Changing the account’s default language will affect future AI conversations and outputs.

  • Existing journeys are not automatically translated.

  • More languages will be introduced over the coming months—stay tuned for updates.
