Getting Started

To enable the integration between Enboarder and Teamtailor, you have to activate it from the Apps center.

To do this:

  1. Go to Apps & Integrations

  2. Select App center

Our Customer Success team member will ask you to provide API keys and the region in your Enboarder account is hosted from Enboarder. You can find the Enboarder API keys on Enboarder's settings page. The region will be either (EMEA), (APAC), or (US).

How to set up the Workflow in Teamtailor

The participant is automatically sent to the Enboarder via a trigger you add to a stage in the recruitment process.

To add the trigger, go to the stage where you want the event to happen. There, click Triggers (1) and add it to the stage you want by clicking the big plus โœš (2).

Select Send candidate, then fill short configuration form and you are all set. Every time you move a candidate to this stage he will be immediately added to the Enboarder Workflow.

You have another option of sending the candidate to Enboarder which will be especially useful if you would like to set a specific date of start. Go into the candidate page, click three dots on top, then go to the integrations panel and choose Enboarder.

If you would like to send candidates to the specific Enboarder workflow, you will need to

ensure that the participant matches all of the criteria on that specific Workflow. To learn more about Workflow logic, click the button below!

Teamtailor will fetch a list of brands, locations, custom fields, and custom values, and let you choose between them in the trigger configuration. If the candidate information sent from Teamtailor to Enboarder does not match the Workflow logic in Enboarder then the participant will fall back to the default workflow.

Teamtailor does not support multiple required at-start managers, so make sure you have only one person set as "required at start".
