When you are not using our amazing Multiple Language Functionality for your translations, there is still the standard feature you can use when building your Workflows.
This will provide the ability to type content in whatever language you want (as long as you have a keyboard in that language, Enboarder supports all characters and symbols you might need!).
What about Enboarder's fixed buttons, like the Open Now button in an email, or the Next button in a module?
The great news is these fixed buttons are available in a range of different languages!
Note: if you can't see this option as pictured below, or can't find a language that you'd like to translate to, please start a chat with the team in the top right of any Enboarder screen!
To enable languages on your Workflows:
From the Workflow tab, hover your mouse over the workflow you'd like to change the language for, click the three dots, and then click Edit.
Click Settings, and then scroll down until you see Manager and Employee language. From here, simply click the drop-down and select the language you'd like our static fields to appear in!
Now all places with fixed text within Enboarder sequences and menus for the employees' and managers' will be translated automatically!
Note:
This doesn't translate the content, only the fixed/static fields
This translation only alters the experience for the employee and manager. The HR backend (where you build workflows and manage new hires) is only available in English.
