This article is here to help you update the relevant details for an Active Workflow. Let's get started! 🎉

It is somewhat common throughout the hiring process for the start date, or other details, to change right up to the last moment!

How to find a Workflow report

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Search for the Employee's name or stakeholder's name

  3. Click on the Report

How to update Workflow name

Update the workflow name by following the steps outlined in the video below:

How to update Employee details

When viewing the Workflow report, select the Employee name in the column to the right. Once chosen, you can update all of the required information, including the name, mobile number, email address, and primary contact method.

How to update Stakeholder details

There are two types of stakeholders that you can update in a Workflow.

  1. Variable: The stakeholder role can change per Employee. The name and contact details of the stakeholder are entered before running/starting a workflow.

  2. Fixed: The stakeholder is the same for all Employees. The name and contact details of the stakeholder are entered once on the edit stakeholder page.

When viewing the report, select the stakeholder name in the column to the right. You can either remove or edit an existing stakeholder or add a new one.

How to update Category details

Updating your categories is pretty easy and straightforward just like updating any of the above details. When viewing the report, select the category you want to edit in the column to the right.

How to update Custom fields

When viewing the report, select the category in the column to the right. You can either remove or edit an existing stakeholder
