The Event Module is used for scheduling different types of events - for example,

a managers' first 1:1 with their new hire, or a reminder that probation ends 6 months after they start. Once the recipient of the Event Module clicks 'add to calendar', they can then forward the invite to anyone!

The possibilities and use cases are endless!

Check out this video to learn all about the Event Module!

How to insert an Event Module

From the Workflow Builder, within the Sequence, you'd like to add that Module, simply hover your mouse and click Add Module.

From there, simply click Event, and the Event Module builder will slide right out!

Like all things in Enboarder, event modules work off a Key Date, so you'll have to decide when this event will take place.

For example, 10 days before the Key Date, or 19 days after the Key Date.

Question: Can I set reoccurring meetings?

Answer: Absolutely! You can choose between Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly! Simply click the Event Widget and then within the Event Settings panel, click "Repeat this event".

Question: Does an Event Module invite sync with multiple stakeholders' calendars?

Answer: The short answer is no. When a stakeholder triggers the Event Module, it will give them options to add this to their calendar (below image). From there, they can simply invite their employee to that event, or use it as a reminder to do so.

Hot tip: You can replicate the image above by clicking on the Preview button in the Module builder.

Boom. A clean and sleek Event Module builder! ✨
