One of the (many) best bits of Enboarder is that you're able to communicate with multiple stakeholders in a workflow, not just a single direct manager!

For example, you may want to send communications to the Direct Manager, your HR Manager, your IT team, and maybe even your CEO!

It's a two-stage process, if you already have the Stakeholder type in your account, but you can't see it in the workflow, skip to the second section below. If you need to create it from scratch, read on!

How do I add a new Stakeholder?

Step 1: Click into ‘Settings’ in the top right corner of Enboarder ⚙️

Step 2: Click into the ‘Stakeholders’ tab

Step 3: Click on ‘+ Add New

Step 4: Now a pop-up will have appeared on the right-hand side of your screen asking you to enter the new Stakeholder label. Fill that in 📝

Step 5: Finally, select if that Manager is a Variable or Fixed Stakeholder and click Save

Adding a new Stakeholder to your workflow:

Enabling a Stakeholder on a Workflow

So you've created your shiny new Stakeholder type, and now you want to enable it on your legendary workflows. Let's do it!

Step 1: From the Workflow tab, click on the three dots of the workflow you wish to add these new stakeholders to, and then click Edit.

Step 2: Click on Stakeholders, check the boxes for which stakeholders you'd like to add, and then click Next until you see Save. (Note, you can't add new stakeholders from this menu, you need to first do it from settings and then follow these steps).

The stakeholders you have selected will now be available to include in your workflow.

Note: If you are designing content within a workflow and you do not see the particular stakeholder within the list, you need to ensure they are enabled on the workflow by following the above directions.

If you have any questions, start a chat with the team in the top right of any Enboarder page.
