The Stakeholders page in Settings is where you keep the details of Managers or Stakeholders you would like to use in any of your Workflows. 👩🏻‍🏫

They can be Fixed, meaning the same for every person, or Variable, meaning unique for each launched workflow.

How do I add a new Stakeholder?

Step 1: Click into ‘Settings’ in the top right corner of Enboarder ⚙️

Step 2: Click into the ‘Stakeholders’ tab

Step 3: Click on ‘+ Add New

Step 4: Now a pop-up will have appeared on the right-hand side of your screen asking you to enter the new Stakeholder label. Fill that in 📝

Step 5: Finally, select if that Manager is a Variable or Fixed Stakeholder and click Save

Variable managers can change for each employee, such as their Direct Manager or Buddy.

Fixed managers would be the same for all employees & either be the same person each time, or the same department (i.e., an IT manager or a generic IT email address like

Boom! Easy. You've just added a new Stakeholder! 💥

How do I add that new Stakeholder to my desired Workflow?

To add Stakeholders to your chosen Workflow, you'll need to add them via the Workflow tab. Follow these simple steps below! ✨

Step 1: Click the 3 dots on the Workflow you wish to add that Stakeholder into, and then click edit.

Step 2: Finally, click Stakeholders, select those that you wish to enable, and click Next until you see Save Workflow! ☑️
