Settings: Stakeholders

Add new managers/stakeholders to this list to be used across workflows

Written by Jasmin Nahar

The Stakeholders page in Settings is where you keep the details of Managers or Stakeholders you would like to use in any of your Workflows. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ«

They can be Fixed, meaning the same for every person, or Variable, meaning unique for each launched workflow.

How do I add a new Stakeholder?

Step 1: Click into β€˜Settings’ in the top right corner of Enboarder βš™οΈ

Step 2: Click General setup and then click Stakeholders

Step 3: Click on β€˜+ Add New’

Step 4: Now a pop-up will have appeared on the right-hand side of your screen asking you to enter the new Stakeholder label. Fill that in πŸ“

Step 5: Finally, select if that Manager is a Variable or Fixed Stakeholder and click Save

Variable managers can change for each employee, such as their Direct Manager or Buddy.

Fixed managers would be the same for all employees & either be the same person each time, or the same department (i.e., an IT manager or a generic IT email address like it@enboarder.com).

Boom! Easy. You've just added a new Stakeholder! πŸ’₯

How do I edit existing stakeholders?

It's really easy to edit existing stakeholders as well. All you need to do is:

  1. Click on the stakeholder you'd like to edit. As you can see below, we clicked on Buddy.

  2. You will see a Edit Stakeholder panel appear on the left side. Edit the fields as per your desire and click on Save.
