Step 1: As each region has its own login page, you will need to reset your password using the correct region login page. To do so select the appropriate region - America, Asia Pacific or Europe.


Step 2:
Then click "Forgot Password".  You'll type in the email address associated with your Enboarder account and we will send you a link to create a new password. Voila!

Step 3: Check your email, including your junk folder, and the new password link should be there! Easy as 1...2...3!

If you aren't able to find it: first, make sure that you're resetting it from the correct region login page. Still no link? Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for additional assistance.


If you want to change your password, simply click on your admin avatar when logged into Enboarder.

Step 1: Click "Change Password".

Step 2: Enter your current password. Then, enter your new password of choice. Easy as 1...2...🤓
