It is now possible to sync files directly from your Sharepoint, Confluence, Google Drive or Notion to Enboarder AI document library.
Key capabilities:
1. One time configuration where an admin can sync their Sharepoint / Confluence / Google Drive / Notion accounts
2. You can select folders that you want to sync to Enboarder
3. You can view synced files on AI document library interface
4. Nightly sync between AI document library and your systems
5. You can unsync documents from Enboarder
⚙️ Steps to configure (Confluence setup shown below)
Go to AI Document Library section
Click on theSharepoint/Confluence/Google Drive/Notion tile
Begin the authorization process. Choose the ‘User account (recommended)’ option:
Acknowledge access disclosure:
Provide Confluence source URL:
Begin login process with Confluence:
Ignore Forge App message and click on Next:
Grant access:
It is highly recommended to choose specific spaces to share vs. sharing all. Enboarder syncs a maximum of 500 documents, and only those documents that are less than 10 MB in size. More than 500 documents or files greater than 10 MB are not readable by our AI.
Once setup is complete, you will receive a Success message:
Click on Close to exit the authentication process:
Allow up to 24 hours to view your synced documents. Then, go to the AI settings page:
Go to Ai document library -> Synced Documents tab:
Your synced documents will be here. To view any document, click on “Open remote file”:
You can also set restricted usage of documents by the AI to specific Locations:
That’s it! You can always come back later to edit your connection settings by going back to the App Center and starting from there:
