Okay, but first, what is an Embed module?

The Embed Module allows you to send Stakeholders and Employees different kinds of web-hosted content, in a way that allows them to interact with it directly within Enboarder!

The new and improved Embed module can now handle H5P Content, Google Maps, LinkedIn Learning courses, and even more websites than ever before!

Check out this video for an overview of the Embed Module:

How to create and use an Embed module:

First, ensure to grab the HTML link from the content you'd like to embed. You could also try using the URL for sites like YouTube or other websites. The content is not stored in the Enboarder platform (so editing will need to be done externally).

Step one: Add an Embed Module into the Sequence from which you'd like to have it trigger like below

Step two: Paste your previously copied URL link/HTML link into the URL Address bar within the side panel of your Embed Module like below. It will populate the page automatically.Β (Check out the video above for the differences between on the page, and in a pop-up!)

Step three: Click 'Save and Exit'. It's that simple!Β

Always send a preview of Embed modules before going live. You want to make sure the participant has the full and correct experience!Β

It's important to note that whilst the Module can handle even more content than ever before, there are still some web pages that may not be suitable or aren't embeddable. If this is the case, you'd see an error message featuring a sad emoji. We always recommend sending yourself a preview to ensure it looks good on phones and computer web browsers.
