The Content Module is easily the most used Module in Enboarder because it's the perfect combination of experience and content! 🤩

It's a great way to engage and educate your participants because they're easy to build, personalize and create a true 'WOW' moment from!

Personalize your Content Modules by adding Dynamic Tokens, media, or even attaching files!

From the Workflow Builder, within the Sequence you'd like to add that Module, simply hover and click "Add Module". From there, click "Content" and it will open the Content Module Builder.

When you begin to build out your content page, it will look something like this:

Every time you start building a new Content Module, it will automatically add an Image and Text Widget to the page- remember, this is all about delivering an engaging experience.

Content Modules should be informative and eye-catching too! ✨

You can also now add Alt Tags to your images! Alt Tags are descriptions for users viewing a webpage on screen readers or browsers that can't process images. #Accessibility 🤝

AI Readiness Check widget allows you to add a readiness check to a content module. This sits under the button.

A readiness check allows a new hire to demonstrate their understanding, application or confidence through one of three experiences:

A content module can have a maximum of one readiness check.

When you're finished, remember to save it. ✅

Want to link learning courses directly within your onboarding or enablement journeys without requiring an LMS integration? You can now add a Learning Resource Widget directly inside your Content Modules for New Hire Enablement (NHE) workflow types!

How to Set Up a Learning Resource Widget:

1. Open your Content Module Builder in a New Hire Enablement (NHE) workflow.
​

2. Click Add Widget and select Learning Resource 🎓.
​

3. Enter Course Details:

• Course Name & Course Link (Required): Enter the title and URL of your training course or external resource.

• Course ID (Optional): Add an internal course ID if needed for your records.

4. Enable Learner Self-Attestation (Optional): Check the self-attestation box if you want participants to confirm when they have completed the course.

• One Course Per Module: Each Content module supports up to one learning course resource.

• Self-Attestation Acknowledgement: Self-attestation captures a learner's confirmation of completion directly on the module page, giving admins clear visibility without requiring automated LMS tracking.

• Unified Admin Reporting: Course clicks, launch events, and self-attestation completion statuses are automatically logged and trackable directly within your existing course reporting tiles by course name and status!

👤 What the End-User Sees (Learner Experience)

When a participant opens a Content Module containing a Learning Resource widget:

1. Accessing the Course: The learner will see a dedicated Learning Resource card displaying the Course Name and a Start Training / Open Course button. Clicking this button opens the external course or training link in a new tab while logging a launch event for reporting.

2. Self-Attestation (If Enabled):

• If self-attestation is required by the admin, a "Mark as Complete" checkbox/button appears directly below the course card once launched.

• Upon checking the box, the learner confirms their completion, updating their progress status and logging the attestation timestamp in Enboarder.
​

Did you know this is quite a smart Module? You have the ability to add sub-pages to your already built Content Modules and use Logic to display different pages to your participants!
