When creating workflows, the Logic you choose is important as this will guide the system to select the correct workflow a new hire or manager should be launched into. As a safeguard, we provide a default workflow designed to catch new hires and managers if they don't match any of the logic set on your other workflows.Β
How to set a workflow to default
Step 1: On the Workflow tab, hover over the workflow you wish to make your default and click the three dots.
Step 2: Click Make default.
Step 3: Then, set your criteria for the default workflow you're replacing, and step through the rest of the Workflow Wizard to finalize the workflow settings for your previous default workflow.
Once you've done that, you're good to go!Β
