When diagnosing a problem they may be a time where our Engineering team will required to access the network tab in your browser.
If you're wondering what the network tab is, it is a developer tool inside web browsers that records all network activity such as responses sent and received when a webpage loads or runs.
How to access the network tab
Whatever page you're on, right click and select 'Inspect'
A toolbar should appear, when you see it click the 'Network' tab highlighted below
