Scheduled Reports

Scheduled Reports allow you to automatically send reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.Instead of manually generating and emailing reports, you can set them up once and let the system handle the rest.

This will help save time, keep stakeholders updated, ensure consistent communication, and reduce manual effort.


๐Ÿ‘ค Who can use this feature?

Scheduled Reports are available to users with reporting access, including:

  • Super Admins

  • General Admins

  • Workflow Managers

  • Experience Managers

  • Reporters


๐Ÿ“Š Create a Scheduled Report

Go to reports, using either of the Workflow or Forms section there should be a 'Create scheduled report' button. Click that to begin creating a schedule report

Fill in details, name, start date, frequency, and recipients, then confirm and create the report.


โธ๏ธ Pause, โ–ถ๏ธ Resume, or ๐Ÿšซ Cancel reports

Admin with reporting access can pause to stop reports temporarily and then resume anytime, or cancel permanently. Cancelled reports are removed after 30 days. Admins can also change recipients and cadence.


โœ๏ธ Edit a Scheduled Report

You can update the report name, start date, frequency, and recipients. Some settings can only be edited by the creator.


๐Ÿ“ Additional notes

  • Recipients receive an email with a secure link, numeric password to access link, and a 7-day expiry for access.

  • Initial release will support โ€˜Workflowโ€™ and โ€˜Formsโ€™ report only, with other report types following early in Q2.
