Admins on non-English Enboarder accounts can now use AI Journey Builder and AI Optimiser in their accountâs default language. This allows you to converse with AI, generate content, and optimise workflows without needing to translate to or from English.
This initial release supports Spanish, German, and French, with more languages planned in the coming months. đ
Whatâs New?
For accounts with Spanish, German, or French set as the default language:
â Access to AI Journey Builder
â Access to AI Optimiser
â Ability to converse with the AI in the accountâs default language
â AI-generated outputs (journeys, steps, copy, and suggestions) created in that same language
The AI experience is fully aligned with your selected default language, ensuring consistency across prompts and generated content.

How Does It Work?
Ensure your Enboarder accountâs default language is set to Spanish, German, or French.
Open AI Journey Builder or AI Optimiser.
Interact with the AI using your default language.
Review and apply AI-generated journeys, steps, or optimisationsâcreated in the same language.
No additional configuration is required.
Important Notes
The AI will generate content in the accountâs default language, not per individual user preference.
Changing the accountâs default language will affect future AI conversations and outputs.
Existing journeys are not automatically translated.
More languages will be introduced over the coming monthsâstay tuned for updates.
