Enboarder's Tracker Corp integration helps US companies in I9 compliance while on-boarding new hires. Enboarder can post I9 request to TrackerCorp for I9 processing and then new hire can provide details through link sent to them as part of workflow sequence link. Status of the I9 form is updated on the audit history page in Enboarder.
Below are the steps required to setup the integration:
Step 1: Add TrackerCorp Integration
Once enabled, TrackerCorp credentials needs to be entered in Enboarder for posting I9 data and getting status from TrackerCorp. Follow the below steps:
Login to your Enboarder account and go to Settings > Integrations.
In the App Center, there will be a TrackerCorp icon. Click on the link.
In the pop-up window, click on Add Integration. This will prompt for endpoint, API key and client ID.
Enter the details and click on Add Integration. While adding, this validates the authentication parameters provided above and prompts if any error occurs.
Step 2: Drag and Drop the I9 module to the sequence
Once I9 configuration is enabled, I9 module will be available on the module list to be used in any sequence like other modules.
You can select the workflow type and save it.
Step 3: Post I9 Form
When the I9 module is added to the sequence, and a new hire receives the sequence, they will see the I9 image and text. Data is posted to TrackerCorp for I9 processing once the user clicks on the image start button on the module.
TrackerCorp's API returns the link of the TrackerCorp page that is embedded in the iframe and shown in Enboarder. The new hire can fill in the data and proceed from Enboarder screen.
Step 4: I9 status update
Once I9 is initiated via TrackerCorp, it is available on the audit history page. Enboarder admins can click on the button against the I9 module audit row to fetch the latest status from TrackerCorp.
